At Mehrab Decor, every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.

No Return Policy

We do not offer returns based on personal preference, change of mind, incorrect ordering, or dissatisfaction after delivery.

As our products are decorative and lifestyle items, all sales are considered final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement may be provided only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received damaged during transit
  • Product received defective
  • Wrong product received

Reporting Timeline

Customers must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Mandatory Proof Requirements

To process a replacement request, customers must provide:

  • Complete unboxing video starting from the sealed package
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging (if damaged)
  • Order number

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be approved.

Replacement Review Process

Our team will review the submitted evidence and determine eligibility for replacement.

Mehrab Decor reserves the right to approve or reject replacement requests if the provided evidence is insufficient or does not support the claim.

Replacement Delivery

Once approved, a replacement product will be dispatched at no additional cost to the customer.

Replacement processing may take 3–7 business days depending on product availability and logistics timelines.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Product not matching individual expectations
  • Minor color variations due to screen settings or photography
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Improper handling or misuse
  • Failure to provide required evidence within the specified timeframe
