Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website www.mehrabdecor.com ("Site") or placing an order with us. By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require any physical or digital signature.

1. About Us

Mehrab Decor (operating under [ Mehrab  Creation ], registered at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh , India) is an online store offering curated home décor, handicrafts, showpieces, wall clocks, and furniture.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

3. Your Account

If you create an account on the Site, you are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. Mehrab Decor will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account secure.

4. Products, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, dimensions, and finishes. However, please note:

• As many of our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural and are not considered defects.
• The actual appearance of a product may vary slightly from images shown on your screen, depending on your device's display settings.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and offers may change at any time without prior notice. This will not affect orders already confirmed.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and process a full refund, or contact you to confirm the correct price before proceeding.
• All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer an alternative, a backorder, or a full refund.

5. Order Process

When you place an order on our Site, you will receive an automated acknowledgement confirming we have received your request. This is not an order confirmation. Your order is accepted only when we confirm that it has been processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any of the following reasons:

• The product is out of stock or discontinued
• We are unable to obtain payment authorisation
• A pricing or product description error has been identified
• Suspected fraudulent transaction or violation of these Terms
• Delivery restrictions for your location

If your order is cancelled after payment has been charged, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

6. Payments

All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Mehrab Decor does not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials at any point.

We are not liable for any payment failures, declined transactions, or delays caused by your bank, network issues, or your payment provider. Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may require additional verification and may not apply to all locations or order values.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, your location, weather conditions, or high-demand periods such as festive seasons or sale periods.

• Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address along with a working contact number.
• Mehrab Decor is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by you.
• Risk in the product passes to you once it is delivered to the address provided.
• We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery, especially for fragile or premium items, as this may be required to process a replacement claim.

8. Replacement Policy — All Sales Are Final

Mehrab Decor does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with style or design. All sales are final.

We offer a free replacement only in the following cases:

• The product arrives visibly damaged or defective, or
• The product delivered is different from what was ordered.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or a video of the product, its packaging, and the shipping label. An unboxing video is strongly recommended. Claims raised after this window will not be eligible for replacement.

Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a free replacement of the same item. If the item is no longer available, we will offer store credit or an alternative product of equal value, at our discretion.

Please note that minor variations in colour, finish, or texture that are natural to handcrafted products do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for replacement.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the Mehrab Decor name, logo, product photography, descriptions, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Mehrab Decor and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

10. User Conduct

By using this Site, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information when placing an order or creating an account
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Upload or transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious content
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from the Site without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access for any violation of these Terms.

Any claim arising from your use of the Site or a purchase must be raised within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, after which it will be permanently barred.
